dc.description.abstract無論是產業結構或是企業的經營型態,在全球化趨勢的蔓延下,「變」是唯一不變的法則。企業為了全心發展核心工作,其他非核心事業則以外包或承攬方式委外代工。因此,勞動市場上出現許多「非典型工作型態」,其中又以「派遣勞動」最受矚目。除了企業外,政府部門由於資源、預算的限制,許多單位開始遇缺不補,改以約聘僱、派遣勞動等方式來因應業務需求。\n\n即使派遣勞動帶來諸多的便利性,卻也因派遣特殊的工作型態使得大眾對派遣勞動產生疑慮。例如:短期契約型式、僱用不安定、缺乏福利、與正職員工間的關係等等,在這些特殊的工作特性下是否會影響派遣勞動者組織承諾的認知,乃引發本研究探討之動機。\n\n基於此,本研究以工作特性為前置變項,探討派遣勞動工作特性與組織承諾間的相關性,且提出下列各研究假設,假設一:派遣勞動者的個人特質對工作特性之知覺有差異。假設二:派遣勞動者的個人特質對要派單位之組織承諾有差異。假設三:派遣勞動者的個人特質對派遣公司之組織承諾有差異。假設四:派遣勞動者工作特性對要派單位之組織承諾有差異。假設五:派遣勞動者工作特性對派遣公司之組織承諾有差異。\n \n\n本研究透過問卷調查的方式進行實證研究,經由統計分析之後,歸納出下列重要的研究結論:\n一、派遣勞動者對派遣工作特性的接受度達六成左右,且個人特性會影響對派遣工作特性的認知。\n二、派遣勞動者對要派單位、派遣公司之組織承諾仍有一定程度的認同感,且個人特性對要派單位、派遣公司的組織承諾具差異性。zh_TW
